Henry Andreasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Pontus Persson made a huge save. After 21 played minutes Lokomotiv Tåg got a freekick which was hit by Billy Söderquist. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kåre Vennersten got free with Pontus Persson in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 28 minutes, Henry Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotiv Tåg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Andreasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Kåre Vennersten elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bo Ambjörnsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bo Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Henry Andreasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lokomotiv Tåg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Pontus Persson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Kåre Vennersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Persson having to interfere. Pontus Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Andreasson in the 79th minute of play. Emil Jönsätt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Billy Söderquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 played minutes, Lads on Tour's Linus Ström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl-Erik Waller came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lads on Tour reached it. Bo Ambjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Emil Jönsätt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lads on Tour's Pontus Persson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kåre Vennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Pontus Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lokomotiv Tåg fully deserved thier win.
