Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) FC Kozo's Edmund Björkqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jan Skark charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Skark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Magsyra booed when FC Kozo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Skark didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Gustaf Gunnarsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jörn Valler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alexander Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Gustaf Gunnarsson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 10 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 12th minute, one of FC Kozo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kozo. David Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Valler having to interfere. If David Kaxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Vallman in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Lindgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Anthon Arvidsson fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Magsyra's protests and gave Anthon Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Magsyra getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Anthon Arvidsson hit a great ball. Johan Vallman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Lindgren having to interfere. Bror Billberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Valler having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bror Billberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Oskar Kihlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Johan Vallman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jörn Valler came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Magsyra's David Kaxe. But to his dismay, David Kaxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 65 played minutes FC Magsyra got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Arvidsson. Johan Vallman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Arne Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörn Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. David Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Valler having to interfere. Johan Vallman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Johnny Lindholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kozo's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Lindholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arne Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Vallman in the 87th minute of play. When Johnny Lindholm fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kozo's protests and gave Johnny Lindholm a yellow card for diving instead. Arne Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Vallman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. FC Magsyra's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
