Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erik Samuelsson kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, FC Kozo's Johan Vallman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvin Kvalfält made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Lennart Beckström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Björkö IF's Erik Samuelsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jörn Valler. That made the score 1-1 after 8 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, FC Kozo's Marcus Kolberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. Johnny Lindholm hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes, Marcus Kolberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kozo and the Björkö IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Kolberg in the 25th minute of play forced Björkö IF's goalkeeper Arvin Kvalfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Björkö IF defense, Johnny Lindholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arvin Kvalfält. The Björkö IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arvin Kvalfält should have stopped the shot. If Johan Vallman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd match minute, Björkö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiph Vedholm to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Johan Vallman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arvin Kvalfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmund Björkqvist was the one to do the kick off. When Björkö IF's Erik Samuelsson in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kozo's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Pilblad might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvin Kvalfält. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tommy Pilblad ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Kozo's Jörn Valler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Samuelsson in the 64th minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Erik Samuelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kozo's Jörn Valler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th match minute, Björkö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicklas Söderqvist to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Björkö IF's goalkeeper Arvin Kvalfält had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Skark. If Erik Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Lennart Beckström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björkö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennart Beckström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Samuelsson in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörn Valler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rd minute, Lennart Beckström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Björkö IF's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Kolberg came free, but Arvin Kvalfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnny Lindholm got free with Arvin Kvalfält in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC Kozo's Bernt Skog got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 96 minutes of play, Björkö IF's Erik Samuelsson made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jörn Valler was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Kozo were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Björkö IF side.
