Spectators: 7343 (Terracing: 5509, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Svenåge Esløv started the match with the kick off. Svenåge Esløv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Douglas Unesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Felix Kling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungsbro's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Kling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Unesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svenåge Esløv in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Unesson saved Storvik from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svenåge Esløv in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Douglas Unesson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Douglas Unesson came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Ljungsbro's Svenåge Esløv. But to his dismay, Svenåge Esløv quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Storvik's Douglas Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svenåge Esløv in the 19th minute of play. Felix Kling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Douglas Unesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ljungsbro's Svenåge Esløv got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Storvik's Douglas Unesson got control of the ball when Svenåge Esløv tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Felix Kling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungsbro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Kling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Douglas Unesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svenåge Esløv in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, Storvik's Douglas Unesson got control of the ball when Felix Kling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Svenåge Esløv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Douglas Unesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Svenåge Esløv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Kvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Unesson having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludwig Holmgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Svenåge Esløv's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Douglas Unesson was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 57th match minute, Storvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny Brenner to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Unesson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svenåge Esløv's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Ljungsbro's goalkeeper Ragnar Lövgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan Böcklund. 65 minutes into the match, Storvik's goal looked a bit too open when Svenåge Esløv came free, but Douglas Unesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svenåge Esløv in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Unesson saved Storvik from getting behind. Felix Kling struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Douglas Unesson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungsbro. If Felix Kling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes, Ljungsbro's Ben White shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Douglas Unesson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ljungsbro reached it. 79 minutes into the game, Isac Kvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljungsbro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Storvik the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ljungsbro's Isac Kvist got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Mats Lindell sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ljungsbro's Ragnar Lövgren didn't even have to move. When Ljungsbro's Svenåge Esløv in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Storvik's goalie prevented a goal. Bennvar Pinkman struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Douglas Unesson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungsbro. When Isac Kvist came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ljungsbro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Kvist couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Ljungsbro were the better team. Ljungsbro's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
