Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roland Ahlroht started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Mats Wester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Wallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Bergfelt was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Roland Ahlroht capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roland Ahlroht really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Ingemar Zachrisson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mantorp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Färila the free kick. In the 12th match minute, Mantorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingemar Zachrisson to maneuver through the defense. Färila's Mats Wester got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mats Wester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Wallander having to interfere. Calle Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Alexander Wallander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Färila's Calle Almkvist got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lars-Erik Westerstrand in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Allan Bergfelt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Färila's Calle Almkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Wester in the 37th minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Alexander Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Färila's Allan Bergfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Ahlroht in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Färila's goalkeeper Allan Bergfelt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars-Erik Westerstrand. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Calle Almkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Färila's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Almkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Wallander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mats Wester stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roland Ahlroht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Allan Bergfelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Ingemar Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lars-Erik Westerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Hellgren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexander Wallander. Mantorp's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Calle Almkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Färila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calle Almkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roland Ahlroht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Allan Bergfelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute Lars-Erik Westerstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Bergfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marc Åkerström hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Yngve Ivarsson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 70 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Mats Wester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Wallander having to interfere. If Eskil Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Färila's Allan Bergfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Ahlroht in the 81st minute of play. Jonas Mårtensson's late challenge caught a Färila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Mårtensson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Ingemar Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell Söderström struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Allan Bergfelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mantorp. 92 minutes into the match, Mantorp's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Wester came free, but Alexander Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Calle Almkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mantorp's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
