Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5003, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Georg Hamnberg made the kick off which started today's match. Georg Hamnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Hamnberg in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddie Hägg saved Hallaryd from getting behind. After 15 minutes, Gunnar Anselius made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hallaryd's Freddie Hägg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Michael Busk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddie Hägg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Anselius in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute, Oskar Dalman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gunnar Anselius came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Hammarby IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunnar Anselius couldn't finish the play. After having played for 31 minutes, Gunnar Anselius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammarby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Anselius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Hallaryd got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Clementsson. The audience was convinced that Georg Hamnberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddie Hägg was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Georg Hamnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michael Busk to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hallaryd's zone, Gunnar Anselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddie Hägg came out of the goal and Gunnar Anselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gunnar Anselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Hamnberg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 63rd minute shot 0-3 at rihgt post. Gunnar Anselius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Freddie Hägg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Alexander Skark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunnar Anselius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Hägg having to interfere. With his leg Freddie Hägg managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Hammarby IF's Georg Hamnberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Anselius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddie Hägg was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 75thth minute of the game Gunnar Anselius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hallaryd's Freddie Hägg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Olof Pilblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Hägg having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Sven-Olof Pilblad made a precise shot to the right of Freddie Hägg. Hallaryd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Gunnar Anselius took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Freddie Hägg to make any attempt to save it. Georg Hamnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hallaryd's Freddie Hägg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Hallaryd from getting a goal against them. Gunnar Anselius struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Freddie Hägg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammarby IF. Hammarby IF played a much better game than Hallaryd and deserved their victory. The Hallaryd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
