Stig Petersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Patrick Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Bengtsson made a kick off. Arvid Apelkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Petersson having to interfere. Stig Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Kjellbom in the 68th minute of play. Orvar Torsberg struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mark Frykberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Storebro FK. Björbo's Andréas Kjellbom got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Storebro FK's Stig Petersson got control of the ball when Arvid Apelkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mark Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orvar Torsberg in the 90th minute of play. Patrick Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Björbo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
