The supporters of Turkiyemspor booed when Storebro FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvar Torsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 played minutes Storebro FK got a freekick which was hit by Orvar Torsberg. Ove Linquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig Petersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. If Orvar Torsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Billvall in the 29th minute of the match. If Elliott Anundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Storebro FK's Stig Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Billvall in the 46th minute of play.

Stig Petersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ove Linquist in the 52nd minute. Stig Petersson was a little too slow when Andy Billvall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-1. With an all-out effort, Turkiyemspor's Stig Petersson threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henry Kämpe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. During the 60th minute of the match Orvar Torsberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Orvar Torsberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Orvar Torsberg hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes in the game, Ove Linquist fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stig Petersson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Andy Billvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turkiyemspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Billvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig Petersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Sundén hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Patrick Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliott Anundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Albert Petersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliott Anundsson in the 84th minute of play forced Turkiyemspor's goalkeeper Albert Petersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Andy Billvall kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig Petersson. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. Storebro FK's Stig Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Storebro FK from getting a goal against them. In the 97th minute Andy Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Storebro FK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
