The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jämjö BF! When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Björköby FF's Ragnar Abrahamsson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Thomas Berglund.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Möller to strike the kick off in the second half. When Stellan Biörkquist came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Björköby FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Biörkquist couldn't finish the play. Stig Browald who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Gottfrid Vallgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Stellan Biörkquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Björköby FF's Joel Möller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Berglund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gottfrid Vallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Collin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gottfrid Vallgren came out of the goal and Ulrik Collin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Björköby FF's Gottfrid Vallgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Collin in the 88th minute of play. Stig Browald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gottfrid Vallgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Björköby FF's Mats Jakobsson got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Mats Jakobsson off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Björköby FF's zone, Ulrik Collin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gottfrid Vallgren came out of the goal and Ulrik Collin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albin Lingren's late challenge caught a Jämjö BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Lingren helped the player get up and apologised. Albin Lingren hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Björköby FF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jämjö BF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
