Dala-Barca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave bk kings the free kick. Allan Axelsson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Patrik Rydberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for bk kings. Gottfrid Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Patrik Rydberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Rydberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Grönberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gottfrid Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Patrik Rydberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Sven-Olof Hafström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. bk kings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dala-Barca the free kick. After 32 played minutes bk kings got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Hafström. Carl Kjellbom was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Dala-Barca's goal looked a bit too open when Gottfrid Hermansson came free, but Patrik Rydberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Dala-Barca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Mogren to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gallberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Dala-Barca's goalkeeper Patrik Rydberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, bk kings's Kåre Göransson got control of the ball when Bengt Torstensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bengt Kruuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bengt Kruuse made a kick off. bk kings's Kåre Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Torstensson in the 59th minute of play. Bengt Torstensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kåre Göransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt Torstensson went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, Bengt Kruuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Bengt Torstensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dala-Barca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Patrik Rydberg made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Joel Gallberg sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Dala-Barca's Bengt Kruuse got a free kick in the 75th minute. With an all-out effort, bk kings's Patrik Rydberg threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gottfrid Hermansson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Patrik Rydberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottfrid Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Gallberg got free with Patrik Rydberg in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Dala-Barca's goal looked a bit too open when Gottfrid Hermansson came free, but Patrik Rydberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as bk kings's Gottfrid Hermansson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patrik Rydberg. That made the score 3-1 after 88 minutes of play. In the 95th minute, Gottfrid Hermansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bengt Kruuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
