Gustaf Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Grönberg in the 3rd minute of the match. Gustaf Hjortberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Big Tigers FF's goal looked a bit too open when Gottfrid Hermansson came free, but Gustaf Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute of the game, Andréas Uggla landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 15 minutes into the game, Gottfrid Hermansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. bk kings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Big Tigers FF the free kick. In the 16th match minute, bk kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. Kåre Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Kjellberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Kjellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sven-Arne Vesterberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Karl Grönberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bk kings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Grönberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan Kjellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Kjellberg struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Kåre Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Big Tigers FF. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gottfrid Hermansson was the one to do the kick off. Jan Kjellberg struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Kåre Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Big Tigers FF. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gallberg in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaf Hjortberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jan Kjellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredrik Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fredrik Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Kjellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Hjortberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl Grönberg's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Gustaf Hjortberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottfrid Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. bk kings's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fredrik Lindberg in the 75th minute. Big Tigers FF were furious when Osvald Apelkvist was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of Big Tigers FF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of bk kings:s goal. When Gottfrid Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the bk kings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gottfrid Hermansson couldn't finish the play. Gottfrid Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Gustaf Hjortberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. bk kings walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
