Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5477, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Ingmar Gustavsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ingmar Lövgren. HMB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ingmar Lövgren came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Boden IK's Eric Skröder. But to his dismay, Eric Skröder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Reine Dahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Lövgren having to interfere. Valter Asmundsson came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by HMB's Karl-Johan Lang. But to his dismay, Karl-Johan Lang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Harald Harman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Boden IK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sven-Åke Bern hit a great ball. If Karl-Johan Lang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Harald Harman scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valter Asmundsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boden IK's Valter Asmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Johan Lang in the 33rd minute of play. Valter Asmundsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ingmar Lövgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Kjellman in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Kjellman in the 45th minute of play forced HMB's goalkeeper Ingmar Lövgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bo Kjellman made a kick off. Tomas Pedersson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Boden IK's Reine Dahlgren fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Eric Skröder succeeded in the game's 68th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andy Lägdin during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Boden IK booed when HMB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Lägdin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reine Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Pedersson during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomas Pedersson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, Bo Kjellman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Ingmar Lövgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute, Tomas Pedersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boden IK's Gustaf Danielsson suffered a concussion after 87 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sören Olofsson during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, HMB's Sören Olofsson got a free kick in the 88th minute.
