Roger Hydén made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Eric Klintæus sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Jonasson in the 13th minute of play forced Månkarbo IF's goalkeeper Gustav Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gustav Vallengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Harry Möller made a precise shot to the right of Gustav Vallengren. Månkarbo IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pontus Koch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger Hydén was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Kåbdalis's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eric Klintæus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kåbdalis's Roger Hydén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Kåbdalis from getting a goal against them. Gustav Vallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Klintæus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 57th minute Eric Klintæus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Hydén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erland Billström hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Ulf Blomquist came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Kåbdalis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Blomquist couldn't finish the play. Herbert Jonasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Vallengren having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Kåbdalis's goal looked a bit too open when Pontus Koch came free, but Roger Hydén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kåbdalis booed when Månkarbo IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Billström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Månkarbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Jonasson came free, but Gustav Vallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Vallengren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Markus Åkesson in the 83rd minute. If Ove Molander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Klintæus scored 1-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Hydén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute, Eric Klintæus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Månkarbo IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Holger Söderström charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Holger Söderström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kåbdalis booed when Månkarbo IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Söderström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Kåbdalis players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Månkarbo IF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
