The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Athletic Club Boca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Tony Björk scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Berg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the game, Storvik FF's Tony Björk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Berg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 33rdth minute of the game Anders Hake who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Storvik FF's Robert Kollberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Storvik FF were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Athletic Club Boca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel Söderlund took the corner. When Tony Björk came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Storvik FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Björk couldn't finish the play. Tony Björk took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Berg. Aaron Berg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Aaron Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Dahlgren in the 50th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anders Hake was the one to do the kick off. Sven-Oskar Dahlgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aaron Berg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Oskar Dahlgren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Storvik FF's goalkeeper Robert Kollberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Egil Asklöv recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Oskar Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Anders Hake ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Kollberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 85th minute, Storvik FF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Egil Asklöv fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
