Spectators: 7321 (Terracing: 5492, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kaj Vallgren made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Kaj Vallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Nilsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Hamberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Nilsson having to interfere. In the 7thth minute of the game Douglas Hamberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galacticos's Dick Nilsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Galacticos's Bo Ingvall got a free kick in the 11th minute. Andreas Viberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Sjödin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Kaj Vallgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dick Nilsson. Galacticos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaj Vallgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rasmus Sjödin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Viberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Hamberg in the 31st minute of play forced Galacticos's goalkeeper Dick Nilsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaj Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andreas Viberg came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Galacticos's Walter Svensson. But to his dismay, Walter Svensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Kaj Vallgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Kaj Vallgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rasmus Sjödin to make the kick off. FC Internazionale's Andreas Viberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Sjödin in the 53rd minute of play. Walter Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Viberg having to interfere. Kaj Vallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Nilsson having to interfere. Galacticos's Dick Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Vallgren in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Galacticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Ingvall to maneuver through the defense. FC Internazionale's Douglas Hamberg got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Kaj Vallgren came free, but Dick Nilsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dick Nilsson came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Internazionale's Douglas Hamberg. But to his dismay, Douglas Hamberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Walter Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Andreas Viberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dick Nilsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Vallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Kaj Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Galacticos's goalkeeper Dick Nilsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Douglas Hamberg. After 88 minutes, August Häger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Internazionale and the Galacticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, FC Internazionale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Häger to maneuver through the defense. Walter Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Viberg having to interfere. FC Internazionale's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
