In the 7th minute, Adam Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th match minute, Torslanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Gallberg to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goalkeeper Pelle Lindman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo Bergqvist. 18 minutes into the game, Leonard Svanström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pelle Lindman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd minute, Torslanda's Leonard Svanström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. If Sten Alströmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Svanström might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pelle Lindman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Svanström ran back to his position shaking his head. When Torslanda's Leonard Svanström in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Garphyttan's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Alströmer in the 36th minute of play forced Torslanda's goalkeeper Elias Ahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Torslanda's Leonard Svanström made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pelle Lindman was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Leonard Svanström came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Torslanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Svanström couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Svanström was the one to do the kick off. Pelle Lindman came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Torslanda's Bo Bergqvist. But to his dismay, Bo Bergqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Leonard Svanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Söderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Ahlberg having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freddie Brask during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Torslanda got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Brask. In the 67th minute, Sten Alströmer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sten Alströmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Ahlberg having to interfere. Sten Alströmer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Ahlberg having to make a save. Kent Söderlund came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elias Ahlberg could save by the left post. A collision led to Garphyttan getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jack Ström hit a great ball. Pelle Lindman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Svanström in the 82nd minute of the match. If Sten Alströmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Lars-Erik Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Kent Söderlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garphyttan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Söderlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torslanda's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
