Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) Sturefors's Konrad Andberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Axel Vase charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Vase the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Gubbarna från Ekeby got a freekick which was hit by Axel Vase. Boris Bergstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Jönsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boris Bergstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gösta Sjögren's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Jörgen Jönsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boris Bergstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jörgen Jönsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Boris Bergstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Jönsson in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Axel Vase put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Boris Bergstedt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Jönsson in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Bergstedt saved Sturefors from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Jönsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boris Bergstedt was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Gubbarna från Ekeby's Jörgen Jönsson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Isaac Petersson fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sturefors's protests and gave Isaac Petersson a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Sturefors got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Petersson. 33 minutes into the game, Johan Stålman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sturefors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gubbarna från Ekeby the free kick. A collision led to Sturefors getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Johan Stålman hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sturefors's zone, Axel Vase stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boris Bergstedt came out of the goal and Axel Vase tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axel Vase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Bergstedt having to interfere. Boris Bergstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jörgen Jönsson went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Axel Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Gubbarna från Ekeby's Jörgen Jönsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boris Bergstedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörgen Jönsson to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Sturefors's goalkeeper Boris Bergstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Vase. Sturefors's Boris Bergstedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Sturefors from getting a goal against them. If Jörgen Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sturefors's Boris Bergstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Jönsson in the 63rd minute of play. With his leg Boris Bergstedt managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Gubbarna från Ekeby's Axel Vase fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boris Bergstedt was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Jörgen Jönsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jörgen Jönsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 69th minute, Sturefors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Axel Vase fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 71 minutes, Axel Vase managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gubbarna från Ekeby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Vase was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Axel Vase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Jönsson in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boris Bergstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Axel Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Börje Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Börje Löfgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörn Fredriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sturefors's goalkeeper Boris Bergstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Alfred Ek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sturefors and the Gubbarna från Ekeby players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sturefors's Alfred Ek got a free kick in the 95th minute. Axel Vase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Bergstedt having to interfere. The Sturefors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gubbarna från Ekeby were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
