Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manfred Hedman kicked off to start the match. Blåa Stjärnan's Dag Lange got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Åke Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Hedman in the 13th minute of the match. If Petter Grubb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Johan Ingvall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blåa Stjärnan and the Snuskekattene IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Snuskekattene IF booed when Blåa Stjärnan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Ingvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom Mager didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petter Grubb went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute of the match Karl-Erik Siggesson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Åke Lindqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karl-Åke Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Hedman in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Blåa Stjärnan's zone, Petter Grubb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Mager came out of the goal and Petter Grubb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tom Mager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blåa Stjärnan's Tom Mager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petter Grubb in the 38th minute of play. Karl Ahlstedt struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Tom Mager didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snuskekattene IF. Thanks to some nice moves Sture Vallmark could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Tom Mager however easily saved by the left post. 45 minutes into the match, Snuskekattene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Lange came free, but Karl-Åke Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petter Grubb to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, one of Snuskekattene IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Snuskekattene IF. 53 minutes into the match, Aron Brandin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Åke Lindqvist. Snuskekattene IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aron Brandin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Lundkvist during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Snuskekattene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Lundkvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Manfred Hedman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Karl-Åke Lindqvist, passed just outside the right post. Karl-Åke Lindqvist made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Dag Lange sent off a good shot on target. Manfred Hedman might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Åke Lindqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manfred Hedman ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl Ahlstedt took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tom Mager. Tom Mager dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 69th minute, Manfred Hedman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Petter Grubb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sture Vallmark hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Manfred Hedman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Lindqvist having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Manfred Hedman took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Karl-Åke Lindqvist to make any attempt to save it. After 82 played minutes Blåa Stjärnan got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Kiempe. In the 83rd minute of the match Oliver Bammerman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tom Mager showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
