The referee showed Dan Hedbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Dan Hedbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Mooses's Gilbert Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Lennartsson in the 12th minute of play. With his leg Håkan Jonsson managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when The Mooses's Ahmet İlke Vahit fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Axel Skröder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Håkan Jonsson having to make a save. Dan Hedbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Lindell having to interfere. The Mooses's Gilbert Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Hedbom in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ahmet İlke Vahit managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Mooses's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet İlke Vahit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Håkan Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Mooses's Gilbert Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Lennartsson in the 31st minute of play. The Mooses's Ahmet İlke Vahit got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet İlke Vahit did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Håkan Jonsson 36 minutes into the match. When The Mooses's Ahmet İlke Vahit in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AIK Stockholm's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet İlke Vahit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Håkan Jonsson made a huge save.

Michel Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Håkan Jonsson having to interfere. Dan Hedbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Lindell having to interfere. A collision led to The Mooses getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pelle Ödmann hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AIK Stockholm's goalkeeper Håkan Jonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ahmet İlke Vahit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Håkan Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Rolandsson in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Michel Rudberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Jonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The Mooses made a substitution. Kent Wassenius replaced Axel Skröder. The Mooses's Yahya Shrean was substituted for Michel Clavo. Håkan Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet İlke Vahit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Rudberg struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Håkan Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Mooses. When The Mooses's Ahmet İlke Vahit in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AIK Stockholm's goalie prevented a goal. Anthon Lidberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Håkan Jonsson. The Mooses's Börje Rolandsson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ola Lennartsson got free with Gilbert Lindell in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Mooses's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
