When Mårten Matsson fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elias FC's protests and gave Mårten Matsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Elias FC got a freekick which was hit by Mårten Matsson. After a defensive mix-up in Elias FC's zone, Leonard Skytt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Lövkvist came out of the goal and Leonard Skytt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Skytt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Elias FC defense, Leonard Skytt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Lövkvist. The Elias FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Lövkvist should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Skytt in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Lövkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walter Abelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 minutes, Erik Widberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bajen Fans FC and the Elias FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Bajen Fans FC got a freekick which was hit by Erik Widberg. Leonard Skytt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Lövkvist having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Walter Abelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th match minute, Bajen Fans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutger Västlund to maneuver through the defense. If Alf Ivarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Lindholm in the 76th minute of play forced Elias FC's goalkeeper Anton Lövkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Skytt might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anton Lövkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Skytt ran back to his position shaking his head. Magne Vallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Abelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bajen Fans FC's Leonard Skytt in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
