After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Birger Forsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vinninga's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Forsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Magnusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When William Petersson came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Rörbäcksnäs 22.3 FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that William Petersson couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute Vidar Beckeman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Magnusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Vidar Beckeman made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rörbäcksnäs 22.3 FF's Fredric Henriksson got a free kick in the 51st minute. Vinninga's Otto Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Åberg in the 54th minute of play. Vidar Beckeman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Abelsson during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
