Skivarp's Henry Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Petersson in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Wilhelm Modig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skivarp's Henry Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Modig in the 21st minute of play. Marcus Petersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henry Svensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Petersson ran back to his position shaking his head. Per Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 32 minutes, Arman Abrahamsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skivarp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arman Abrahamsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Petersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Per Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Lingren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Stensjön booed when Skivarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tord Lingren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ove Öman kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Stensjön's Tord Lingren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Göransson in the 55th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Per Göransson made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Stensjön's Tord Lingren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Stensjön's Börje Wennerqvist got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute, Marcus Petersson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Göransson in the 84th minute of play forced Stensjön's goalkeeper Tord Lingren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Frank Kaxe came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Skivarp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Kaxe couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Stensjön's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Abrahamsson came free, but Tord Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 played minutes Stensjön got a freekick which was hit by Börje Wennerqvist.
