Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tyresö's Jens-Ola Sandberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valter Ros made in the 5th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kronberts BK's Gösta Biörkman. Tyresö's Ingmar Ståhlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Dahlbom in the 14th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Kronberts BK's corner Patric Broman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ingmar Ståhlman quite easily take care of the ball. Kjell-Arne Thorsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, John Isaksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kronberts BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Isaksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kronberts BK's Börje Dahlbom got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Tyresö's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after John Isaksson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ingmar Ståhlman came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Kronberts BK's John Isaksson. But to his dismay, John Isaksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Jerry Nyberg fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kronberts BK's protests and gave Jerry Nyberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Kronberts BK got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Nyberg. Börje Dahlbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingmar Ståhlman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Börje Dahlbom ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the game, John Isaksson lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Ingmar Ståhlman. The crowd rose to their feet as Kronberts BK's John Isaksson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ingmar Ståhlman. That made the score 4-0 after 44 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Isaksson was the one to do the kick off. When Kronberts BK's John Isaksson in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tyresö's goalie prevented a goal. After 52 minutes, Kristian Rudberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tyresö and the Kronberts BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Kristian Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute John Isaksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Ståhlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Isaksson in the 56th minute of play forced Tyresö's goalkeeper Ingmar Ståhlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Isaksson in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingmar Ståhlman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ingmar Ståhlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Dahlbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ingmar Ståhlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingmar Ståhlman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Isaksson's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Kronberts BK's Börje Dahlbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingmar Ståhlman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Håkan Kjellman in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kronberts BK's Yngve Wallmark. Ingmar Ståhlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Isaksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Börje Dahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kronberts BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Dahlbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, John Isaksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kronberts BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If John Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kronberts BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
