Men skjut då!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue Wolves FK the free kick. The supporters of Blue Wolves FK booed when Men skjut då! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Barck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morgan Mellberg's late challenge caught a Men skjut då!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morgan Mellberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Blue Wolves FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Mellberg to maneuver through the defense. Peter Berggren hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Blue Wolves FK's Ludwig Deckberg tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Men skjut då!'s Andy Spets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Sandwall in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Allan Sandberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andy Spets was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Men skjut då!:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Blue Wolves FK:s goal. The referee gave Blue Wolves FK a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ludwig Deckberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Men skjut då!'s Andy Spets. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Men skjut då!'s zone, Tom Sandwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andy Spets came out of the goal and Tom Sandwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Blue Wolves FK booed when Men skjut då! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Östlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Sandberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Allan Sandberg came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Blue Wolves FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Sandberg couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulf Larsson in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Holmstedt saved Blue Wolves FK from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Blue Wolves FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Men skjut då!:s goal. Blue Wolves FK:s Alf Holmstedt showed great skill when he stopped Eric Dalberg:s penalty. Ulf Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Holmstedt having to interfere. Ulf Larsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alf Holmstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulf Larsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the game, Tor Östlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Men skjut då!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue Wolves FK the free kick. Tor Östlund kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Men skjut då! getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Tor Östlund hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ludwig Deckberg from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Andy Spets's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Pontus Lundblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alf Holmstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Pontus Lundblad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alf Holmstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 89th match minute, Men skjut då! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pontus Lundblad to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes in the game, Allan Sandberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Andy Spets having to interfere. Alf Holmstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Larsson in the 95th minute of play. Men skjut då!'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
