Nils Granqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Björk having to interfere. Edvin Willig made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Jörgen Gummeson sent off a good shot on target. Radio Stockholm's Birger Asserlindh got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jörgen Gummeson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edvin Willig was a little too slow when Karl-Johan Mårtensson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Jörgen Gummeson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvin Willig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Karl-Johan Mårtensson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Edvin Willig to make any attempt to save it. 38 minutes into the match, Radio Stockholm's goalkeeper Edvin Willig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörgen Gummeson. With a little luck, Radio Stockholm's Edvin Willig got control of the ball when Jörgen Gummeson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 41 minutes, Egon Söderström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stjärnhov IF and the Radio Stockholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. Egon Söderström hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Edvin Willig acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jakob Wennersten. 47 minutes into the match, Radio Stockholm's goalkeeper Edvin Willig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörgen Gummeson. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Johan Mårtensson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Birger Asserlindh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Stjärnhov IF's Karl-Johan Mårtensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvin Willig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Radio Stockholm's Birger Asserlindh got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Edvin Willig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jörgen Gummeson's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Arvin Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Malte Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birger Asserlindh struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Malte Björk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radio Stockholm. Birger Asserlindh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils Granqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Malte Björk made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Jörgen Gummeson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Nils Granqvist fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Nils Granqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Malte Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Stjärnhov IF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
