The long shot by Sigvard Ekrot in the 20th minute really tested Niklas Larsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Lindqvist got free with Niklas Larsson in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that George Tidén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Sandström was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Tidén in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christer Sandström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. George Tidén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christer Sandström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game George Tidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DenBau FC's Christer Sandström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DenBau FC's Christer Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Löv in the 35th minute of play. If George Tidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of DenBau FC booed when Ås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Brovall didn't get a good kick on the ball. From close distance George Tidén pressed in the 0-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 58 minutes into the game. George Tidén struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Kenneth Ålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Sandström having to interfere. In the 66th minute, George Tidén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kent Brovall scored 0-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Sandström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kenneth Ålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ås getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Kenneth Ålberg hit a great ball. In the 85th match minute, Ås was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Ålberg to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Max Apelkvist notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ås's Niklas Larsson. Niklas Larsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. DenBau FC's Christer Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save DenBau FC from getting a goal against them. Christer Sandström came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ås's George Tidén. But to his dismay, George Tidén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Allan Lindqvist took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Larsson. Niklas Larsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Ås's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
