The audience thought a goal was coming when August Kruuse got free with Bengt Tidén in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee ignored FC Kämpigt's protests and gave Anton Hammarbäck a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes FC Kämpigt got a freekick which was hit by Anton Hammarbäck. In the 90th minute Magne Nordström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Tidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. August Kruuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Bengt Tidén made a huge save. The FC Kämpigt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gudskrigare's performance. The match ended with a win for Gudskrigare.
