Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gösta Palmkvist kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Söderqwist in the 3rd minute of play forced Veni Vidi Vici FC's goalkeeper Edmund Bållström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kent Berggren fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veni Vidi Vici FC's protests and gave Kent Berggren a yellow card for diving instead. Kent Berggren hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Edmund Bållström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Söderqwist in the 9th minute of play. Leo Björkdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Palmkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Slöinge's Urban Söderqwist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmund Bållström. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Urban Söderqwist might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmund Bållström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urban Söderqwist ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute of the match Christian Nässén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmund Bållström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Veni Vidi Vici FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Urban Söderqwist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Urban Söderqwist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 27 minutes into the match, Alf Sandell notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Veni Vidi Vici FC's Edmund Bållström. Edmund Bållström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Sakarias Ekeroth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Slöinge's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Palmkvist came free, but Leo Björkdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Veni Vidi Vici FC's Gösta Palmkvist made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Björkdahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, Gösta Palmkvist notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Slöinge's Leo Björkdahl. Leo Björkdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urban Söderqwist to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Palmkvist in the 56th minute of play forced Slöinge's goalkeeper Leo Björkdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Slöinge getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ove Heggert hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Ove Heggert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Veni Vidi Vici FC got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Palmkvist. Sakarias Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urban Söderqwist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Bållström having to interfere. Urban Söderqwist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Edmund Bållström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kennet Henriksson's late challenge caught a Slöinge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kennet Henriksson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Veni Vidi Vici FC's Kennet Henriksson got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 91st minute, Dan Torstensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Slöinge getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Dan Torstensson hit a great ball. Sakarias Ekeroth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Leo Björkdahl made a huge save. When Sakarias Ekeroth came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Veni Vidi Vici FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakarias Ekeroth couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
