Alfons Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kennet Henriksson fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veni Vidi Vici FC's protests and gave Kennet Henriksson a yellow card for diving instead. Kennet Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Gösta Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Wik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Vilhelm Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Bållström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Gösta Palmkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veni Vidi Vici FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gösta Palmkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Wik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Veni Vidi Vici FC's Sakarias Ekeroth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulf Wik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Sakarias Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Wik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Palmkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilhelm Blom to make the kick off. Veni Vidi Vici FC's Edmund Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Blom in the 52nd minute of play. When Jakob Löfdahl came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Tankspridda Bullälskare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakob Löfdahl couldn't finish the play. Vilhelm Blom took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmund Bållström. Edmund Bållström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 67th minute, Veni Vidi Vici FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jakob Löfdahl fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ulf Wik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakarias Ekeroth, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Vilhelm Blom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edmund Bållström came out and tried to block the shot, but Vilhelm Blom slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 74th minute. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Vilhelm Blom got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Edmund Bållström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakob Löfdahl in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Gösta Palmkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Veni Vidi Vici FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Blom in the 97th minute of play forced Veni Vidi Vici FC's goalkeeper Edmund Bållström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
