Kent Ennegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Brander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Hajom BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jan Täman hit a great ball. Tomas Brander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Ennegren in the 26th minute of play. When Ola Holmgren fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hajom BK's protests and gave Ola Holmgren a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hajom BK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ola Holmgren hit a great ball. Tomas Brander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Ennegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 36 played minutes Näckrosen BK got a freekick which was hit by Greger Bergström. Jan Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Stensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Greger Bergström to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 3-0 when August Aronsson sped through Näckrosen BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Björk. Hajom BK's Tomas Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Bergström in the 61st minute of play. Alfred Pilblad's shot from long distance in the 63rd minute was not bad at all, but Hajom BK's Tomas Brander knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The supporters of Näckrosen BK booed when Hajom BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Hafström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Näckrosen BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Ennegren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hajom BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
