After 29 played minutes Tingsryd BK got a freekick which was hit by Victor Ahlrot. Östen Fridlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Rudqvist having to interfere. Alexander Dalberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jan Rudqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tingsryd BK's John Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Lundin in the 70th minute of play. John Hellkvist came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Ultra Boys FC's Ingvar Kollberg. But to his dismay, Ingvar Kollberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Mårten Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Hellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mårten Lundin in the 88th minute of the match. The corner led Ultra Boys FC's Sivert Viberg to fire away a dangerous shot which John Hellkvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Östen Fridlunds short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Jan Rudqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tingsryd BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
