Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kristoffer Sikström made the kick off which started today's match. Kristoffer Sikström took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Billy Engström. Billy Engström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Linus Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Delin made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Alex Gerdberg sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the game, Eskil Vennerdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torna-Hällestad IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matfors the free kick. Eskil Vennerdal hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Alex Gerdberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Kristoffer Sikström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torna-Hällestad IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristoffer Sikström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Engström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Kristoffer Sikström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Matfors's Billy Engström. Billy Engström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute Torna-Hällestad IF were awarded a corner. Niklas Björkkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Simon Strand made a great header on Torna-Hällestad IF's corner, it was just that Matfors's Billy Engström managed to reach the ball for a save. Linus Lange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Delin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The Matfors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Torna-Hällestad IF were winning 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Hermansson got free with Billy Engström in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kristian Hallgren fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matfors's protests and gave Kristian Hallgren a yellow card for diving instead. Kristian Hallgren hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Stig Hultman kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Billy Engström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristoffer Sikström's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Billy Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Sikström in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Gerdberg in the 66th minute of play forced Torna-Hällestad IF's goalkeeper Eric Delin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 67th minute, but Billy Engström got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Matfors hanging dry this time. Hugo Hermansson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 69th playminute. Billy Engström came out of the goal and Hugo Hermansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Engström made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Hugo Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. Matfors's Stig Hultman got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alex Gerdberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esbjörn Kinell kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Torna-Hällestad IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
