Trensum RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvin Bäcklin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonas Hedvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Bäcklin in the 30th minute of play. Norra Älvstranden Fotboll's Jonas Hedvall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Norra Älvstranden Fotboll from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Alexander Ekström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norra Älvstranden Fotboll fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 41st minute, Edvin Bäcklin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonas Hedvall, passed just outside the right post. When Edvin Bäcklin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Trensum RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Bäcklin couldn't finish the play. Jonas Hedvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Nord, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Hedvall made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Oscar Nord sent off a good shot on target. The Trensum RK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Edvin Bäcklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trensum RK's Kent Billing was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonas Hedvall in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arman Wennerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Trensum RK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Norra Älvstranden Fotboll to win.
