Marko Lindberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 6th minute, Wiktor Pilblad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Sonny Rosendahl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Västertorps BK's Marko Lindberg didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Lövgren in the 11th minute of play forced Västertorps BK's goalkeeper Marko Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Gustav Lövgren made a precise shot to the right of Marko Lindberg. Västertorps BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 23rdth minute of the game Billy Kiempe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Västertorps BK's Marko Lindberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leif Fredriksson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Västertorps BK's zone, Gustav Lövgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Lindberg came out of the goal and Gustav Lövgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Sven Andberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jan-Erik Rolandsson, passed just outside the right post. Västertorps BK's Leif Fredriksson got his second yellow card of the match in the 36th minute. The referee ordered Leif Fredriksson off the ground. Leif Fredriksson hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Sonny Rosendahl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Västertorps BK's Marko Lindberg didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Västertorps BK defense, Billy Kiempe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marko Lindberg. The Västertorps BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marko Lindberg should have stopped the shot. Marko Lindberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Kiempe in the 44th minute of the match. Sven Andberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Rolandsson having to interfere. Västertorps BK's Jimmy Lindholm got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Ånäset FF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Billy Kiempe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Kiempe in the 52nd minute of play forced Västertorps BK's goalkeeper Marko Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Andberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Ånäset FF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Andberg came free, but Jan-Erik Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Jimmy Lindholm had to leave the field with a concussion. Sonny Rosendahl hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Västertorps BK's Sven Andberg got a free kick in the 74th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Västertorps BK's zone, Boris Wennerlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Lindberg came out of the goal and Boris Wennerlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marko Lindberg made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Gustav Lövgren sent off a good shot on target. Billy Kiempe struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Marko Lindberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ånäset FF. Ingvar Alegren charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Alegren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Ingvar Alegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 87th minute, when Ånäset FF's Sonny Rosendahl after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Marko Lindberg in Västertorps BK's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. When Johan Benett fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Västertorps BK's protests and gave Johan Benett a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute, Johan Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustav Lövgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Marko Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ånäset FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
