Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 minutes, Karl-Johan Björklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jonstorp BF and the Laxå players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl-Johan Björklund hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Sven-Ove Kråk kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Uno Wallmans short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Tobias Johnsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Laxå's Tobias Johnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Laxå from getting a goal against them. Kjell Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Åke Vacker in the 34th minute of play. The Laxå fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Laxå's Per-Åke Vacker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jimmy Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The freekick resulted in 0-2 after a perfect kick by Emanuel Arhenius who totally got the better of Jonstorp BF's Kjell Åkesson. The Jonstorp BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laxå were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orvar Brovall was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Jonstorp BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uno Wallman to maneuver through the defense. Kjell Åkesson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Tobias Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orvar Brovall in the 68th minute of play. Kjell Åkesson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per-Åke Vacker's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Per-Åke Vacker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laxå's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Vacker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Jonstorp BF defense, Sebastian Sjögren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kjell Åkesson. The Jonstorp BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kjell Åkesson should have stopped the shot. Per-Åke Vacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Kjell Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Åke Vacker succeeded in the game's 89th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. Per-Åke Vacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Åkesson having to interfere. Sven-Ove Kråk's late challenge caught a Jonstorp BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Ove Kråk helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 played minutes Laxå got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Kråk. When Jonstorp BF's Uno Wallman in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laxå's goalie prevented a goal. When the match was over Laxå could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jonstorp BF throughout the match.
