Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arne Sundberg kicked off to start the match. Åke Bållström came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Simp FC's Ove Engman. But to his dismay, Ove Engman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marko Bohlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Sundberg in the 10th minute of play. If Arne Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Simp FC's Åke Berggren got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ove Engman's late challenge caught a BergsTrollen HK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ove Engman helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Simp FC got a freekick which was hit by Ove Engman. In the 21st minute, Kurt Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, BergsTrollen HK's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Engman came free, but Åke Bållström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Magnus Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kurt Nyman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Marko Bohlin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute of the match Bengt-Arne Skoog shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marko Bohlin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ingvar Karlstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Bållström having to interfere.

After some careless play in the Simp FC defense, Kurt Nyman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marko Bohlin. The Simp FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marko Bohlin should have stopped the shot. Ingvar Karlstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Åke Bållström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ove Engman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Åke Bållström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute Ove Engman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Bållström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Bållström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Karlstedt in the 69th minute of play. Ingvar Karlstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Bållström having to interfere. If Ove Engman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Engman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ragnar Viklund's late challenge caught a Simp FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ragnar Viklund helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Simp FC booed when BergsTrollen HK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ragnar Viklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Strömberg during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Magnus Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Karlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mikael Örn charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikael Örn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mikael Örn kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Kurt Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marko Bohlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, BergsTrollen HK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Lundin to maneuver through the defense. Arne Sundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
