The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Västlund in the 6th minute of play forced Team Lino FC's goalkeeper Tim Bergdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sköldinge getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sakarias Ingemarsson hit a great ball. Team Lino FC's Tim Bergdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Joensson in the 15th minute of play. Tim Bergdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Joensson in the 20th minute of play. Erland Joensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Bergdal having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Ronny Örn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Bergdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Söderberg in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Sköldinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Västlund to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Team Lino FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Verner Thidén hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Team Lino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erland Joensson came free, but Tim Bergdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Bergdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Västlund in the 42nd minute of the match. Sköldinge's Tony Ivarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Göransson in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sköldinge's Evert Alrot got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonny Bennet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dennis Göransson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Stefan Västlund lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Tim Bergdal. Erland Joenssons short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Tim Bergdal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erland Joensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Sköldinge's Stefan Västlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tim Bergdal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Stefan Västlund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tim Bergdal. That made the score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Erland Joensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sköldinge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Team Lino FC's Tim Bergdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Västlund in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Team Lino FC's zone, Stefan Västlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Bergdal came out of the goal and Stefan Västlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erland Joensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Bergdal having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Erland Joensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sköldinge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erland Joensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stefan Västlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tim Bergdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Västlund ran back to his position shaking his head. Team Lino FC's Tim Bergdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Team Lino FC from getting a goal against them. Tony Ivarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Bennet in the 95th minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Team Lino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Hägg to maneuver through the defense. Sköldinge's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
