MF Pelister's Allan Fagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Brodin in the 5th minute of play. Gert Josefsson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes Engans Pojkar got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Brodin. Christian Mellin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Fagerberg having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Herbert Kihlman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Kihlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Mellin during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Christian Mellin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Herbert Kihlman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Åke Ahlroth. Engans Pojkar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herbert Kihlman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, Engans Pojkar's Karl-Åke Ahlroth got control of the ball when Herbert Kihlman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herbert Kihlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Karl-Åke Ahlroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Engans Pojkar's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Ahlroth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Kihlman. A collision led to Engans Pojkar getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Nils Dalkvist hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Engans Pojkar's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Josefsson came free, but Karl-Åke Ahlroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ted Forssell kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Engans Pojkar booed when MF Pelister was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Kihlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Josefsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Nils Dalkvist's late challenge caught a MF Pelister's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Dalkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Nils Dalkvist hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, MF Pelister was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Öberg to maneuver through the defense. Herbert Kihlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute Sven-Olof Brodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Fagerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MF Pelister's Jack Nordgren got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Christian Mellin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Allan Fagerberg made a huge save. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Herbert Kihlman sped through Engans Pojkar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Ahlroth. Henrik Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Ahlroth having to interfere. Herbert Kihlman scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Åke Ahlroth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Karl-Åke Ahlroth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Kihlman in the 77th minute of the match. Nils Dalkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Josefsson in the 81st minute of play forced Engans Pojkar's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Ahlroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Fagerberg having to interfere. Henrik Josefsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Åke Ahlroth having to make a save. Engans Pojkar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
