Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tor Nilsson kicked off to start the match. Herbert Holmstedt scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olof Bagge, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viggo Allbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Olof Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor Nilsson in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olof Bagge saved FC Klågerup from getting behind. The supporters of EIK booed when FC Klågerup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Lindman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tor Nilsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olof Bagge. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 28th minute, EIK's Tor Nilsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 31 minutes into the game, EIK's Tor Nilsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olof Bagge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 36th minute, Björn Widberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börje Salqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Johan Mellin. EIK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Viggo Allbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Mellin having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Herbert Holmstedt made a precise shot to the right of Olof Bagge. FC Klågerup's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 45 minutes, Joel Lundqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EIK and the FC Klågerup players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes EIK got a freekick which was hit by Joel Lundqvist. In the 48th match minute, EIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Klemensson to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viggo Allbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ture Gregersson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Viggo Allbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tor Nilsson succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. Börje Salqvist's late challenge caught a EIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Börje Salqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Klågerup fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Johan Mellin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Allbom in the 71st minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Herbert Holmstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Klågerup's Olof Bagge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Viggo Allbom came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC Klågerup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viggo Allbom couldn't finish the play. EIK's Johan Mellin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save EIK from getting a goal against them. Olof Bagge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor Nilsson in the 88th minute of play. Tor Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bagge having to interfere. After 95 played minutes FC Klågerup got a freekick which was hit by Dick Ekman. Olof Bagge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Holmstedt in the 96th minute of the match. Östen Boberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Östen Boberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 103rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The EIK fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Klågerup had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
