Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Urban Låsberg got the match started through his kick off. When Staffan Billvall came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Kvidinge IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Staffan Billvall couldn't finish the play. In the 4th minute, Staffan Billvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urban Låsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ljungbyholm's Johnny Valström got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Edwin Valrot came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kvidinge IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Valrot couldn't finish the play. Per-Oskar Säfström's late challenge caught a Kvidinge IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Oskar Säfström helped the player get up and apologised. Erik Ström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, David Håning skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ljungbyholm fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! David Håning had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Edwin Valrot's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Erik Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. David Håning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ljungbyholm getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Pontus Falkrantz hit a great ball. In the 33rd match minute, Ljungbyholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Wållander to maneuver through the defense. If Erik Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. David Håning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Erik Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Ljungbyholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Säfström to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Jan Olsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Olsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Erik Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Håning having to interfere. Staffan Billvall charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Staffan Billvall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Staffan Billvall hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Ström in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Håning saved Ljungbyholm from getting behind. If Erik Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Olsson in the 69th minute of play forced Ljungbyholm's goalkeeper David Håning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ljungbyholm's Per-Oskar Säfström got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Kvidinge IF's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Låsberg came free, but Vidar Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klas Thorsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ljungbyholm booed when Kvidinge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kvidinge IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ljungbyholm for a fine match.
