If Mats Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. Bernt Engström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kurt Salkvist went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Leif Persson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Åkerström, 2-1. Isaac Svensson's late challenge caught a Östervåla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaac Svensson helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Vilseledda Veganer got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Svensson. Olle Jonsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Aleksander Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vilseledda Veganer getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hannes Wester hit a great ball. Leif Persson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Aleksander Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Sandström in the 44th minute of play forced Östervåla's goalkeeper Bernt Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aleksander Sandström made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Östervåla's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isaac Svensson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Leif Persson came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Östervåla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Persson couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes, Östervåla's Olof Siggman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Åkerström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Östervåla reached it. Mats Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tommy Åkerström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leif Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Åkerström having to interfere. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilseledda Veganer's goalkeeper Tommy Åkerström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Salkvist got free with Bernt Engström in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernt Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Sandström in the 84th minute of play. Isaac Svensson scored 2-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernt Engström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Vilseledda Veganer getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Peder Sjöberg hit a great ball. Vilseledda Veganer's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
