The audience was convinced that Alfons Bokelund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig-Åke Wall was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Folke Andersson charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Folke Andersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emanuel Nyström in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stig-Åke Wall, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfons Bokelund in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig-Åke Wall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the game, Emanuel Nyström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stig-Åke Wall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 played minutes Älvdalen got a freekick which was hit by Arman Håkansson. A hard shot by Osvald Frisk from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Stig-Åke Wall's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Älvdalen's Stig-Åke Wall got control of the ball when Emanuel Nyström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Asmundtorp FF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Alefors came free, but Jens Skoglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicklas Liljeström made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Älvdalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Ekelund to maneuver through the defense. In the 54thth minute of the game Emanuel Nyström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älvdalen's Stig-Åke Wall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arman Håkansson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jan-Åke Alefors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Nyström in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Åke Wall saved Älvdalen from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Älvdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Bokelund came free, but Stig-Åke Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Asmundtorp FF's Arne Björk got a free kick in the 71st minute. Nicklas Liljeström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens Skoglund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alfons Bokelund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asmundtorp FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfons Bokelund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig-Åke Wall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Asmundtorp FF's Alfons Bokelund in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Arman Håkansson fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Älvdalen's protests and gave Arman Håkansson a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Nyström in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Åke Wall saved Älvdalen from getting behind. Einar Ekblom's late challenge caught a Asmundtorp FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Einar Ekblom helped the player get up and apologised. Einar Ekblom kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Asmundtorp FF had won after a very even match.
