Ingvar Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Wennerquist having to interfere. Olov Wennerquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Forss went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Snoskarna 69ers's Jörgen Melberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ingemarsson in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Havdhem FF booed when Snoskarna 69ers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jack Ingemarsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jörgen Melberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jack Ingemarsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ingvar Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Wennerquist having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Ingemarsson in the 40th minute of play forced Snoskarna 69ers's goalkeeper Jörgen Melberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Edvard Hegg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jörgen Melberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Tommy Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Havdhem FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Björklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Olov Wennerquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jack Ingemarsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jack Ingemarsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörgen Melberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Patrik Pihlgren kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Edvard Hegg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Havdhem FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvard Hegg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jörgen Melberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Robert Björk came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Snoskarna 69ers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Björk couldn't finish the play. After 65 played minutes Snoskarna 69ers got a freekick which was hit by Robert Björk. 70 minutes into the match, Jack Ingemarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jörgen Melberg. Snoskarna 69ers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Ingemarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Jörgen Melberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Björklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Joacim Berg fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Havdhem FF's protests and gave Joacim Berg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Havdhem FF's Joacim Berg got a free kick in the 94th minute. Patrik Pihlgren was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
