If Alfred Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kurt Kielberg fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kungsgården BF's protests and gave Kurt Kielberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kungsgården BF's Kurt Kielberg got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kungsgården BF's zone, Ulf Brenner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Måns Wallmark came out of the goal and Ulf Brenner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfred Ekblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Wallmark having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulf Brenner got free with Måns Wallmark in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Kungsgården BF got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Gustafsson. In the 29th minute, Kurt Kielberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kungsgården BF's Victor Kihlberg got a free kick in the 31st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Boman during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emil Boman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Guldsmedshyttan's Ivan Lövkvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kungsgården BF. In the 40th minute Alfred Ekblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Wallmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Kungsgården BF's Victor Kihlberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boris Beckman narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Ekblom was the one to do the kick off. Ulf Brenner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Kungsgården BF defense, Alfred Ekblom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Måns Wallmark. The Kungsgården BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Måns Wallmark should have stopped the shot. When Alfred Ekblom fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guldsmedshyttan's protests and gave Alfred Ekblom a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Alfred Ekblom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Måns Wallmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Ekblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Kungsgården BF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guldsmedshyttan:s goal. 79 minutes into the match, Kungsgården BF's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Ekblom came free, but Måns Wallmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulf Brenner during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ulf Brenner kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Sixten Westerstrand took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Måns Wallmark. Kungsgården BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Måns Wallmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Ekblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Emil Boman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Beckman having to interfere. Kungsgården BF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
