Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfred Ekblom started the match with the kick off. Daniel Ekrot was a little too slow when Alfred Ekblom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ulf Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joar Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Villands Vånga's Daniel Ekrot got control of the ball when Ulf Brenner tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 played minutes Villands Vånga got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Andersson. If Joar Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kent Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guldsmedshyttan booed when Villands Vånga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Björkdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villands Vånga's Daniel Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Villands Vånga from getting a goal against them. Boris Beckman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Bengtsson in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Karl-Michael Bergqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Alfred Ekblom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Daniel Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boris Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joar Berg in the 76th minute of the match. Guldsmedshyttan's Ulf Brenner got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Ekblom in the 85th minute of play. Daniel Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Brenner in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Ekblom in the 88th minute of play forced Villands Vånga's goalkeeper Daniel Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfred Ekblom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Daniel Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joar Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boris Beckman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kent Bengtsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 95 minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
