Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bo-Erik Strömberg kicked off to start the match. When Orvar Valström came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Atlético Astorga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orvar Valström couldn't finish the play. Patrick Siggesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Westerstrand having to interfere. Swede United's Ivar Westerstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orvar Valström in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Swede United's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Valström came free, but Ivar Westerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Orvar Valström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo-Erik Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Ståhlberg having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Patrick Siggesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Astorga's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Siggesson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Westerstrand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johan Ståhlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo-Erik Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Siggesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ivar Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick Siggesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Westerstrand having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Patrick Siggesson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sakarias Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kurt Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Orvar Valström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bo-Erik Strömberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Siggesson in the 68th minute of play forced Swede United's goalkeeper Ivar Westerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Patrick Siggesson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Westerstrand was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 75 minutes, Sakarias Dahlquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Astorga and the Swede United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Atlético Astorga got a freekick which was hit by Sakarias Dahlquist. 76 minutes into the match, Swede United's Christian Runberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Orvar Valström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Astorga's goalkeeper Johan Ståhlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 87 minutes, Orvar Valström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Astorga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orvar Valström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute, Sakarias Dahlquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Swede United's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Siggesson came free, but Ivar Westerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
