Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mårten Julin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mårten Julin might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vidar Klintæus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mårten Julin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Mårten Julin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Vissefjärda got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Arvidsson. Vidar Klintæus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Åkerberg in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Herrljunga's Bo-Erik Haglund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vidar Klintæus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vidar Klintæus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mårten Julin, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Bo-Erik Haglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Arenius's late challenge caught a Herrljunga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Arenius helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Vissefjärda got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Arenius. Zebastian Kämpe was a little too slow when Leonardo Arenius got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Leonardo Arenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebastian Kämpe having to interfere. The supporters of Herrljunga booed when Vissefjärda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Löfskog didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Bo-Erik Haglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vidar Klintæus. Vissefjärda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo-Erik Haglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 45 played minutes Vissefjärda got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Löfskog. Rune Löfdahl, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo-Erik Haglund got free with Vidar Klintæus in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 played minutes Vissefjärda got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Sigman. Mårten Julin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vidar Klintæus having to interfere. Claes Sundberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zebastian Kämpe having to make a save. Zebastian Kämpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Sundberg in the 64th minute of play. Zebastian Kämpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Arenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Bo-Erik Haglund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Vidar Klintæus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 70 minutes, Fredrik Löfskog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vissefjärda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Löfskog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Leonardo Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zebastian Kämpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mårten Julin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vidar Klintæus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Vissefjärda's goalkeeper Vidar Klintæus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo-Erik Haglund. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Olsmann during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vissefjärda's Erik Olsmann got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, William Lilja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vissefjärda's zone, Mårten Julin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vidar Klintæus came out of the goal and Mårten Julin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Bo-Erik Haglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
