Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5005, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Konrad Håning took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gösta Lang who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Springfält when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sven-Olof Kristiansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hrafninn Flýgur's Sven-Olof Kristiansson got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sven-Olof Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Blentarp RK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dick Lind hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes, Hrafninn Flýgur's George Hedling shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Magnus Lövkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hrafninn Flýgur reached it. If Konrad Håning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Konrad Håning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Olof Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Lövkvist having to interfere. Marc Dalgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Lövkvist having to interfere. The supporters of Hrafninn Flýgur booed when Blentarp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Tomasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc Dalgren in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magnus Lövkvist saved Blentarp RK from getting behind. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Marc Dalgren sped through Blentarp RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magnus Lövkvist. Magnus Lövkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Olof Kristiansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Lövkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Dalgren in the 39th minute of play. Sven-Olof Kristiansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Magnus Lövkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc Dalgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Lövkvist having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marc Dalgren to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Blentarp RK got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Andersson. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Sven-Olof Kristiansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hrafninn Flýgur's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Olof Kristiansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Lövkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 played minutes Blentarp RK got a freekick which was hit by Dick Lind. Gösta Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gabriel Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Håning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marc Dalgren came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Hrafninn Flýgur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Dalgren couldn't finish the play. Gösta Lang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valdemar Bollström hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Sven-Olof Kristiansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sven-Olof Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Lang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hrafninn Flýgur's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
