Hargshamn FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonny Stenström ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Herman Öberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hargshamn FF's Sebastian Åström did a great save. After some careless play in the Hargshamn FF defense, Max Fristedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Åström. The Hargshamn FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Åström should have stopped the shot. If Sebastian Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Petersson in the 36th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Ahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Karl-Åke Ahlquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hargshamn FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Åke Ahlquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertil Sjöberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hjalmar Nordin to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Hargshamn FF's Johannes Petersson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertil Sjöberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Max Fristedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hjalmar Nordin struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Sebastian Åström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Säffle AIK. Sebastian Berggren might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertil Sjöberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Berggren ran back to his position shaking his head. Johannes Petersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Robert Qvalfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
