After a defensive mix-up in Skövde Vikings FC's zone, Jesper Cane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffer Kvick came out of the goal and Jesper Cane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesper Cane made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Skövde Vikings FC's Harald Nordkvist. Tomas Ahlfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Ahlfors who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Tomas Broberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tomas Broberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Ahlfors showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tomas Ahlfors sped through Ålabodarna FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomas Broberg.
